Mavis has run a successful hypnotherapy, NLP, Coaching and International Training practice for the last 12 years in Southampton, close to West End. Mavis enjoys helping clients to empower themselves to make the changes in their lives, jobs and education that are necessary to enable them to move confidently forward.

She is a registered Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer; a Life Coach, and runs training courses at various venues. She has trained as an IBS therapist.

Mavis is a member of the Hypnotherapy Association

Besides treating anxiety, phobias, trauma, confidence, self esteem, smoking and weight issues, she also helps people, alongside their GPs, with health issues such as IBS and those which involve the auto-immune system, such as Thyroid conditions.
