New Dawn Hypnotherapy
is the name given by Chris Harrison to his hypnotherapy practice at Dibden;  which is situated along what is known as the Waterside area, between Southampton and the New Forest.

Chris feels the name New Dawn is appropriate as it signifies the beginning of a new day....and hence the start of a new beginning .....a new awakening  to herald change.....so that all those dreams of life without the burden of a personal problem.... will become a reality.

As well as using Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), to treat clients with all forms of personal issues ranging from quitting smoking...weight control...phobias...panic attacks..lack of confidence ...IBS he also uses Regression Therapy.

Chris has a Masters Diploma in Hypnotherapy and NLP and also has been awarded a BA(Hons) in hypnotherapy. He is also qualified in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and is a Reiki Master.
